4. Subscription Plans and Payment Conditions

• Paid Plan: A monthly subscription of $34.95 that includes voucher personalization.
• Refund Policy: Payments are accepted via credit or debit cards, and we offer a 15-day full refund period for the paid plan.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: We do not provide any guarantees regarding the usage or outcomes of the travel vouchers.

5. Privacy Policy and Data Use
During registration, we collect the following data: first name, last name, email, phone number, country, company, and industry. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.

6. Voucher Access and Download
Once registered, users have immediate online access to download the vouchers. Vouchers provided by Evo Travel Incentives are subject to the following specific terms:

• Voucher Activation: Voucher activation requires pre-payment of associated hotel taxes and fees. After activation, users can access a list of participating resorts/hotels and select their travel dates.
• Expiration Date: Vouchers must be activated within 7 days of receipt, with an 18-month travel completion period.
• Usage Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be combined with other hotel stay promotions or vacation packages and are not valid for group travel. Only one voucher is permitted per household or reservation per date.
• Occupancy Limit: Vouchers cover rooms for up to 2 adults, with at least one occupant being over 21 years old. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

7. User Costs and Responsibilities
Voucher activation costs include recovery fees, government taxes, and tourism fees, which vary by destination. Users are responsible for all other expenses not covered by the voucher, such as transportation, meals, resort fees (if applicable), and personal expenses. The primary reservation holder must present a credit or debit card with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo and a government-issued ID at check-in.

8. Reservation and Scheduling Requirements

• Advance Notice: Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking stays from Sunday to Thursday for better availability.
• High Season and Weekend Surcharges: High season and weekend dates may incur additional surcharges.
• Cancellation Policy: Voucher activation is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. After activation, users have up to 18 months to select available dates and resort options. Cancellations after travel dates are confirmed will result in forfeiture of the activation fees.

9. Residence Requirement
Users must reside at least 100 miles (160 kilometers) from the chosen destination resort or select an alternative destination from the options provided.

10. Intellectual Property
All content provided on Evo Travel Incentives, including text, images, design, and information about vouchers, is the exclusive property of Evo Travel Incentives. Users may share the website’s content as long as it is not misrepresented or falsely attributed. Evo Travel Incentives is not responsible for any misuse or misrepresentation of the shared information.

11. Prohibited Use and Misuse
Misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited, including fraudulent practices, harmful activities, or any other actions that compromise the integrity of the service. Evo Travel Incentives reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users violating this policy. We do not, however, enforce a policy against sending commercial messages (spam) to external contacts.
