1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing and using the site evoincentives.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

• Evo Incentives provides a vacation incentive program through the distribution of hotel stay vouchers. These vouchers are provided free of charge to registered partners but require the prepayment of hotel taxes and fees to be activated.

3. Voucher Activation and Usage

• No Timeshare Presentations: No timeshare presentations or other requirements are necessary to redeem this vacation incentive. Simply activate online by prepaying the associated hotel taxes and fees. After activation, log in online to search for your preferred participating resort/hotel and travel dates.
• Expiration: The expiration date applies only to the redemption or activation of this incentive, not to the actual travel. You must activate the incentive within 7 days of receiving it. Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation.
• Restrictions: This incentive cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer. Group travel is not allowed, and only one incentive per household or resort/hotel is permitted. Only one party among friends, family, acquaintances, or known groups can use the incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.

4. Voucher Details

• Room Types: The room types available with this incentive accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, with at least one occupant over the age of 21. Additional charges may apply for extra adults or children.
• Void Incentive: The incentive will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. It is valid for resort/hotel accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by Evo Travel Incentives. The recipient is responsible for all other expenses, including airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
• Costs: Activation and redemption costs include recovery fees, local government taxes, and tourism fees, which vary by destination. The main reservation holder must have a major credit or debit card with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo, and a valid government-issued ID for check-in.

5. Reservation and Booking

• Notice and Availability: All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Reservations are based on availability and may not be available during major holidays or resort special events. We recommend Sunday – Thursday check-ins for the best availability. Weekends and peak season dates may incur an additional surcharge.
• Final and Non-Refundable: This incentive activation is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The user has 18 months to choose from available travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes will be allowed. Cancellations after confirmation will result in the forfeiture of activation fees.

6. Residency Requirement

• The user must reside at least 100 miles (160 kilometers) away from the chosen destination resort or select a different resort offer from the available destination options.

7. No Cash Value

• This incentive has no cash surrender value and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. Evo Incentives reserves the right to offer other hotels of equal or similar value if required due to availability.

8. Limitations

• Eligibility: Members of the Unlimited Vacation Club or Villa Group are not eligible for this promotion in Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, or Puerto Vallarta.
• Incentive Redemption: If you have been awarded more than one vacation incentive, you are only allowed to redeem one incentive every 12 months per household or individual. The travel incentive destination can only be redeemed once per household or individual’s lifetime. Evo Travel Incentivesreserves the right to cancel or refund anyone attempting to circumvent these rules.
